Our innovative mobile star screen sets new standards in biomass processing. The ability to separate materials into coarse, medium and fine particles opens up endless possibilities for reuse and recycling. Thanks to optional extensions, even films and ferrometallic impurities can be precisely removed. With an impressive throughput capacity of up to 300 m³/h, the machine effortlessly handles large quantities of material.
Mobility in perfection
Our machine was designed for mobility without compromising on performance. Built as a three-axle trailer and approved as a lorry trailer up to 80 km/h, the Neorec TriFrac 70 I 40 offers the flexibility you need. With a total weight of 24 tonnes, an air-sprung low-loader chassis with twin tyres, the machine can be easily moved without special approval. We rely on first-class components that stand up to the rigours of everyday haulage.
Fast operational readiness, efficient working methods
Your time is precious, which is why we have designed the Neorec TriFrac 70 I 40 to be ready for use in just a few minutes. Stability is guaranteed by the clever arrangement of the axles and four hydraulically operated support legs. The hydraulic folding function of the conveyor belts also ensures effortless preparation. This means maximum mobility and maximum efficiency on site.

XL discharge conveyors for relaxed working
The Neorec TriFrac 70 I 40 is characterised by its XL discharge conveyor belts, which enable longer buffer times and thus increase working comfort for the operator. Thanks to the generous distance between the discharge conveyor and the machine, the screened material can be removed safely and without collision, even with a large wheel loader. A steerable and radio remote-controlled pre-travel device is optionally available to further optimise this process.
Sophisticated design for outstanding results
The machine’s feed hopper is a true space miracle. With an impressive feed width of 5.4 m and a hopper volume of 7.6 m³, it offers sufficient space for the material to be processed. A particularly innovative feature is the automatically folding rear wall of the feed hopper, which prevents unscreened material from falling onto the centre grain conveyor belt opposite. This ensures consistent material quality without compromise.
Efficient cleaning for optimal performance
The fine screen deck of the NeoRec TriFrac 70 I 40 has a dual cleaning device, both in the axial and radial direction. This innovative function ensures that the entire open screening area is constantly cleaned of build-up and impurities. Wear plates made of robust steel are moulded into the coarse screen area as standard. In the event of jamming due to, for example, branches getting stuck, these wear plates effectively protect the base body from damage.

eorec TriFrac 70 I 40 is based on maximum ease of handling, ease of maintenance and durability. Maintenance-intensive components and assemblies are designed to be easily accessible and replaceable. The coarse screen stars, for example, can be replaced without having to dismantle the screen shafts. The screen shafts of the fine screen deck are arranged in three cassettes and can be quickly replaced or serviced using a changing device. Removing the screen shafts from the fine screen deck is also straightforward and requires only a few simple steps.
Electrically driven for maximum efficiency and flexibility
The Neorec TriFrac 70 I 40 sets new standards with its pioneering, fully electric drive concept. This means that the system can be operated ready to plug in and can therefore be connected directly to the power grid. This feature not only makes operation extremely efficient, but also extremely low in emissions. Alternatively, we offer you the option of powering the machine via our optional, fully integrated diesel generator. This enables hybrid operation – either via the power grid or in stand-alone mode using the diesel generator.
Intuitive operation and versatility
The system is operated effortlessly via a 10″ touch panel, which is equipped with 8 additional function buttons. This means you always have an overview of the settings and the status of the system. In addition, you can store up to 10 different recipes with individual names so that they can be called up quickly when required. Our control unit has been developed with a particular focus on user-friendliness and intuitive menu navigation.
